ATALA

m/y ATALA was built in 1916 at Saltsjöbaden Shipyard. This magnificent yacht was commissioned by the bank president Knut Bovin of the Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken. Since that time many famous persons have had the pleasure of owning ATALA, among others Torsten Kruger, Hjalmar Nobel and John- Henry Sager. Atala, named after Rene de Chateaubriand's classic novel , has recently gone through a total restoration and is today in shipshape condition. The exclusive interior design in solid mahogany , both in the saloon and on deck, add a pleasant and genuine atmosphere from the turn of the century. On board Atala important meetings and small business dinners are held in utmost comfort. Atala is also an excellent choice for special requests, such as ; film-making, exhibitions and similar arrangements taking place in the Stockholm archipelago and its environs.
